Special Requests
- Currently, all support issues are handled via email support
- Support requests are typically answered within 24-48 hours depending on when request is received
- Prior to opening support request, it is recommended that the latest build of the software be installed
- When opening a support request, please have the following information:
- exact error message
- basic information about your computer such as operating system, memory, hardware installed, etc
- description of steps taken when error occurred or data being entered into the database
- Free product updates are released on a frequent basis to incorporate fixes and added functionality to the software. We strongly recommend staying current with the updates.
